Q: Can you create a custom Map according to my wishes?

A: We usually do not offer a Service for that, however you can still contact us to talk about it.
Q: Are there other types of products for sale, like Pets or Monsters?

A: Feel free to contact us regarding that.
Q: Can i share or re-sell products?

A: No. Sharing in any way is not allowed!
Q: Do you have an encryption i can use for the product(s)?

A: We don't offer encryptions or their implementations. However you must encrypt product(s) before placing them into your client!
Q: I am a Mapper myself and would like to re-use product(s), is that fine?

A: No! This would be re-selling which is NOT allowed!
Q: Can i have my money back if i'm not satisfied with the product?

A: Unfortunately, this is not possible because we are selling digital products. Please be 100% sure with your decision before buying a product.
Q: I found an (visual) issue, can you fix pls?

A: Most likely yes. However there can be cases where we can't do anything, for example if Flyff's "engine" is the root cause.
Q: I do Maps, Models or SFX myself, can i post my products on Madrigal Market?

A: There is the possibility to add your goods onto our Portfolio and link your Discord Account. Please contact us regarding that.
Q: Are all products compatible with my files?

A: Usually yes. There can be special, rare cases where you could encounter problems if you are missing common fixes, such as the filename character limit "fix". There are a lot of Limits in Flyff you should remove/increase.
Q: Do you provide basic Support on how to implement products?

A: No. You should know how to implement them the common way. However if there is anything special, you will receive a guide after purchasing. Special cases like Maps also include every resource file entry.
